Laboratory

I never knew what I usually did in the laboratory classes. Perhaps some vague ideas but nonetheless full knowledge = nil.

Today's lab was practically quite easy. As usual in all the lab classes; follow the instructions on the sheets of papers, and do the skill tasks while waiting for centrifugation to finish or shaker to be done with or waiting for a thousand machineries to accomplish their jobs.

In this lab, there were like a lot of time being spent chatting. In other words, we had lots of time because we need to wait for the chemicals to be absorbed into the gel. Then we have to continuously change the solution when we were washing the gel, ie 4 mins once or 5 mins once with repetitions up to 3 times. It was like so boring.

Tomorrow would be a full day. Hopefully it would be much more interesting than today.
