Spring Break Trip!!

Hey Guys,

Sorry for the extra long delay :P I am being lazy over blogging. haha. Anyway, during the spring break (about 1mnth + ago) :P we (me and my friends) made a trip to Blue Mountain.

It was a normal trip, lots of sight seeing and new experience (It was so cold and misty at night we can barely see the road in front of us) :P I have a fair few pictures and do let them do the talking :P if they can

This is a picture of a waterfall which is so high up that I have to jump down and take ( Just kidding) :P

Aha! my favourite part. A cavemen toilet :P hehe. Apparently the cavemen already learned english wayyyyyyyy ago!!!!

This is one interesting picture. You can see that I was standing at a high place around the edge to take this picture. hehe..If only I have a proper camera or DSR.

This is the best scenery picture. Sadly none of us have the DSR camera. If not, this would be a bomb!

These bunch of guys were looking for their long lost 4 limb relatives but sadly none of them can be seen. Look at their dejected faces :P The truth is they were playing in the water near the waterfall. Don't worry, the place has been cordoned off so that no lunatics will jump down the gazillion metres downfall.

THese are the stones 'entombed' near the attraction site where we can see the 3 sisters. I dont have the picture of the 3 sisters (only stones) but you can try asking Tin.

See!! Now you WILL believe me when I say that Tin is the reincarnation of Grim Reaper!! LOL

The grim reaper of tin and this picture were actually taken at a chocolate place where we had our delicious vivacious or whatever -cious drink!! It was so creamy and a warm drink during the cold weather is very welcomed :P

I am back

Yo guys,

I am back..After so long....haha......It has been a busy but dull holidays. My house is under renovation (yes again for those who knew me for a long time) and I was busy guarding the house. Basically I was kind of under house arrest!!!

Sad Sad.

Keke..Anyway I am getting lazeeeeee in blogging ...... haha.. THese things does not have a long hold on my mind :P Few months at most.. I am even getting lazyyy in accessing facebook..

Left less than a month before I am flying back to Newie...Kinda sad. Didnt go to places I planned to go...THanks to the reno..

Hie hie..Sorry for the lack of postings :)
Actually the finals are like less than a month away and I wanted to focus on my studies. So I wont be posting anything at least until mid-end of November. I got a few things on my mind to post up on my blog but I dun think I want to do that now. Maybe mid-end of November after my finals..

Roti Canai Story

On Wednesday night September 26 2007, a great idea just popped into my mind. It goes like "Hey, why dont I try and cook roti canai?"
And here I am today, going to try and make roti canai :)

As you can see, this are the raw materials. The dough which I made the night before ( I think i left it too long and since I dare not put too much oil, it was quite dry), the onions and the canola spread with canola oil mixed.

Presenting the chefs for today. Chef 1, Ann : Hmm, I think I can make very "guuud roti canai". I got skills with hands

Chef 2, Jiann (Me) : The "chiu kap mou tek sau" chef (Lol). For non cantonese speaking people, it means the "best" chef. Keke.

P.S Most of the time we laughed. Hehe.. Somehow we dont know how to spread the dough and well it came out wrong or torn or with holes and etc. lol


Chef 2 cooking the roti canai. After the whole frying thingy, I smell like roti canai and oil. lol

After about an hour of frying n making, finally we were done with the roti canai. Some of them have onions in it, while others were simply plain roti canai, or with egg or with sugar and butter.

Although it is not as thin as the roti canai you eat in Malaysia, but it smells and taste like roti canai :D
The roti canai was eaten with either curry or sugar. As the curry was not halal, only Ann and Wai Yi ate them while Hezrie and Intan ate with sugar.
Wai Yi said it tasted like roti canai. Hopefully she is right. LOL

MISSION IMPOSSIBLE 1 COMPLETED

Friday September 29 2007

• Slept at 3 plus and woke up at 8 plus specially to be jabbed by medical practitioners.

• Had an appointment for the Meningococcal C jab at 9.30 am.

• Went in and met the doctor. Was a friendly doctor, a graduate of Biomed and then did med postgrads.
• As there is a guy contracted Mumps/Measles/Rubella (MMR) in IH, she advised me to take the vaccination.
• Went into the nurse room and she asked me which hand do I use and i said both. So she jabbed my left arm with Menin C and my right with MMR vaccination.
• The nurse most likely punctured my artery, the blood splurt quite a lot from such a small hole and now there is a slight blue black.
• Went back to BARA and borrowed pool cues n tennis racquets for the weekend.
• Played pool in the afternoon about 1 plus. Then Ann joined me about 2 and we played till 3 plus.
• Came back to my room and we made roti canai :P
• After roti canai I cooked my dinner, ate them, rested and headed to wai yi's room to watch "dead friend", a korean horror show.
• Came back to my room about 12 plus, almost 1 and here I am typing :)
